The Development Office is located in the Main Office of the 2451 Portola Avenue Campus. Our role at LVCP is to ensure that LVCP has the funds necessary to augment the operating budget in support of the array of academic and extracurricular programs that comprise the rich and rigorous school experience at LVCP.

We rely on family donations as well as business and corporate contributions to make up the difference between state funding and the actual cost of an LVCP education. Family donations are our single largest source of funding after state contributions, and they are crucial to maintaining and enhancing the programs at LVCP.

LVCP families are strongly encouraged each year to volunteer to support the school’s Annual Fundraising Drive (AFD). These tax-deductible gifts to the LVCP Foundation are used to bridge the gap between funding from the state and the actual cost of our programs. As a not-for-profit 501c(3) organization, all contributions to LVCP Foundation are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law for those who itemize.
