Model United Nations

The world was at war on April 16th, 2011 when all 9th graders reinacted the United Nations.  The simulation was sponsored by the Model United Nations club and tied direcelty in to the World History coursework.  All students participated in one of three United Nations committees where they had to represent  the position of the country assigned to them.  The time period the simulation covered was from the beginnings of World War I through the end of World War II.  Congratulations to the MUN club for hosting an outstanding conference!  Also, congratulations to the Class of 2014 who all participated in the United Nations conference, researching their countries, writing their positon papers, and representing their historical perspective of their country during the simulation.
