WASC
The Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC), is recognized as the association that accredits public and private schools, colleges, and universities in the United States. WASC accreditation is essential as it means that CSU and UC will accept our courses as appropriate preparation for students applying to these universities.
Livermore Valley Charter Prep received its 3 year Initial Candidacy on February 7, 2012. In 2015, we will again be visited by WASC site evaluators. The WASC Self Study process is continuous and site visits occur every 3-6 years after reciving Initial Candidacy.
