Jason Kulchinsky

Jason Kulchinsky holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, minored in Information Technology and History from RochesterInstitution of Technology in New York. He also earned a Master of Science degree in Special Education. Mr. Kulchinsky also teaches and coordinates a Deaf Studies Lab at Ohlone College in Fremont.
