Carola Bendl

Ms. Bendl graduated in 2002 from California State University in Long Beach, with Magna Cum Laude in the Majors of Psychology and Spanish. She also completed her teaching credential at CSULB. She has been teaching Spanish (and ELD) for the past five years in Middle and High Schools in the districts of Anaheim, Orange, and Los Alamitos, in Southern CA, and last year at Robert Louis Stevenson Middle School, in St. Helena, Northern CA. Prior  to that, she worked for seven years as a bilingual para-educator assisting teachers and students in Special ED. Ms. Bendl was born in Germany, but grew up in Madrid, Spain, and also lived in Puerto Rico for ten years, where she finished High School.   She also initiated her undergraduate studies at the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez, in the Major of Psychology and Special Education.
